Is a fast RDF database written entirely in Java. Mulgara is licensed under the Open Software License v3. New code is being contributed using the Apache 2. Paula has been starting to port elements over to Clojure, with the intention of reimplementing everything in that language. A minor release to meet government auditing requirements.
